The Controller shall be obliged to erase the data without undue delay, when they are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or the data subject withdraws his/her consent, unless there is a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject.
- Right to restriction of processing: the data subject shall have the right to obtain from the Controller the restriction of processing, where the accuracy of the data is contested; where the processing is unlawful and the data subject objects to the erasure of the data; where the Controller no longer needs the data for the purposes of the processing but the data subject needs them for the establishment, exercise or defense of claims; or where the data subject has objected to the processing, while it is being verified whether the reasons of the Controller prevail.

After the deletion of the account by the User or after a period of inactivity of five years, the personal data will be retained in accordance with the legal statute of limitations and for the periods provided for the fulfillment of a legal obligation on the part of the Data Controller.
